"Plummet" is a musical computer program that I wrote in an object-based language called ChucK. The program manipulates and loops seven vocal samples in real time, accompanied by a single saw wave oscillator. As the program runs, it recites an 18th century Novalis poem by generating text in the Console Monitor. Vocal samples courtesy of Katherine Marcos and Kasia Karbowska.
